It kind of depends on your team. If you need more power and can lose some speed, then it might be worth making the trade. I will say power is harder to come by than speed so think about that as well. The pitchers are nothing to write home about, but Dempster really isn't either, so you have to judge if speed or power is more needed on your roster.
I really like Bruce, but I am leary of drop off from Dempster to what you are going to get. Some risk there. Gardner is not scarp iron either.
If you crave more power, I think I jump on this easy. Value for value. It is tighter. I think you have some dicker room. If I was taking a pitcher back, I am hoping Vazquez turns back to his NL ways.

I have a OF filled of speed I feel like Bruce will be a good boost to my teams power. I feel like 25 HRs is a good floor so ill go ahead on that part. On the pitching part who would you guys want to have out of the four pitchers?
If you can get Bruce and Matusz, I think it is a steal for you. Both have a ton of talent and both look like they should take a step forward this year. None of the other SP have the upside that Matusz has and some of them I am worried about their health.
