You need some pitching and OF help. I'd look to trade some of your IF depth for either an OF or a pitcher. You do know that Johan Santana is out until June-ish too right?

I would first address your RP situation. Once the season gets going, see if anyone who has SP depth is interested in your backup Catcher (if he gets off to a hot start).....or even Sanchez.
