Depends on your league/roster, but offhand I'd say no.

Here's how I'd rank players in the deal:
Gonzo
Kershaw
Haren
Heyward
Choo
Markakis
Pagan

Unless you're desperate to fill a gaping hole at 1B, you're giving up way too much.
