1st roto team - feedback?

I've been in a H2H league for a couple of years but this is my first time drafting for the roto format. Standard 12 team roto on Yahoo, I had the 3rd pick. Obviously I decided to punt a bit on pitching, but I think I still got good value there, and I can make some trades later if need be. I'm normally very proactive on the waiver wire so I feel comfortable with my closers for now. Any specific thoughts? Any recommendations for different bench players?
