Change in roster size???

The league commish has reduced the number of bats, but left the number of pitching spots the same so now we have:
C, 1B, 2B, SS, 3B, OF, OF, OF, Util

SP, SP, SP, SP, SP, RP, RP, P, P, P, P.

So my question is, does this change my draft strategy at all in the sense, do i Draft pitchers any earlier than usual? Value them more or less? Draft pitchers even later than usual?

This is the first year of a 10 or maybe 12 (still waiting for others to sign up) team keeper league, standard 5x5 h2h.

I think that this gives you greater flexibility overall. You can draft pitchers wherever you want, and it allows you to take more chances with risk/reward type guys in the draft because of the increased talent in free agency. That's what you should take from this, you can draft more high risk/high reward type players because you should be able to find a more suitable replacement on the waiver wire if it doesnt work out.
