How deep of a league? I am kind of split because it will really hurt your SP more than what you will gain at 3B. I would be ok with this assuming that it isn't a keeper league.

I would stand pat. Or, maybe try to package Johnson and one of your lesser pitchers for beltre

I don't think you want this. Those arms are great in a 14 team league but average in a 10 team league, so it would help if you posted your league type. But anyway, Beltre is a definite downgrade from Price overall, but if you are really hurting and in need of bats maybe you could package Johnson like was mentioned above.
