Trade talk

Postby Los Gringos » Sat Mar 26, 2011 10:06 pm

I am thinking of proposing a couple of trades. Are these far-fetched, or plausible?

I give Chris Young and Joe Nathan for McCutchen

I give Bautista and Werth for Crawford

What do you think?

Not farfetched.

I would actually take Bautista and Werth for Crawford.

Not so sure about the first one considering Nathan's health

Thanks for the reply! I just can't see Bautista making the same numbers this year, and Werth scares me with not being with the Phillys anymore. I am really high on Crawford, playing in a smaller ball park and with a killer lineup around him. I think he will have a great year.

The first one is questionable at best. But the owner I proposed it to only has two RPs so it could be of some value. I think Nathan will get healthy and pitch well, but he will split time with Capps.

If you can swing either deal, I think it helps you.

FYI - You may get more of a response if you post this into the right forum. This one is to show your lineup and have folks look it over and give an opinion.

thanks for the help with mine.

could use a little more info though...who are the outfielders on the other team?

if the other owner does accept the deal then it will work out well for you because you can keep Stanton in the Lineup every day.
