DH or not DH

Need an EH for my lineup, and nomally I draft 5 OF. However, this year, considering a DH instead.

With first round $25, second $23, third $20 and fourth $17, what round would you draft these DHs?

Vlad was a 3rd round pick in 2009, dropped this year I think.

So how do you rate them, all the same???
