Trade M Young for Cain? WHIR

Ok, I was offered Cain or Marcum for Young. I know I need another sold SP but am not sure if I should do this. I was high on Marcum coming into the season but worry about his arm inj. I was thinking about countering with Young and Markakis for McGehee and Cain. I think I can find OF anytime.
