I think I have a solid team but I have thought that 2 other times and have finished both time near last place. So any suggestions would be great. Thanks for you time!

its a standard yahoo league, 12 teams , kinda worried about one team that has lester, king felix, roy hallday, brian wilson and mariano. His batting kinda sucks cause he used his fist 6 picks picking pitchers. he has napoli, butler, philliphs, furcal, zobrist, huff, lee figgans, and hunter. I just wanted to know if my pitching can stand up against his. I know my batting is better.

agreed his offense sucks but I dont believe you can compete with his pitching on paper. Now if you were to get big bounce back years from Becket and A.J Burnett maybe you can keep pace with him. Noticed you got four orioles in your starting lineup, their an improved offense but 4 every day, not too smart. Make a trade, get rid of Reynolds he is a average killer, I like Markakis and Kemp on a bounce back year and maybe if Sizemore is healthy you could have a very strong outfield.

Thank you screwball1234!!!! Who do you think i can get for reynolds???? One of my buddies is trying to trade a-rod. Should i go for that? seems like he is asking a bit much he wanted jimenez from my other friend.

I agree you should trade an oriole. I like Reynolds but having 4 Orioles is very risky. You could trade Reynolds or Markakis or both actually.

I wouldn't go for Arod of which you mentioned. Go for Youk if you can and try to work out a deal, obviously its going to take another player.

Pavano and davis are on the waiver wire i could probably trade cain with reynolds to get something good. thoughts?

Tough to say without seeing the other teams rosters but you could package Reynolds with Cain but then you need at least a #3 starter back in return like a Scherzer or Hanson, I like McGehee this year or even Micheal Young he's a solid 3b who hits for average. Your looking at a Reynolds/Cain for a Young/Scherzer type of of deal. Not sure if that helps??????
