Given that there's still no definite timetable on his return, what would anyone think of trading a guy like jaime garcia for him? obviously latos is much better when healthy but is the risk/reward worth it?

The hope/plan from what I understand is that Latos will only miss one start. If you can find an owner looking to move him then jump on it, but I expect Latos to be a top-15 starter again despite this bump in the road.

well after tossing a cg sho today im kind of glad i canceled the offer. Guy I offered was just trying to sit on it until he heard a definite timetable which no longer makes it a possible positive value trade for me. dont get me wrong id take a healthy latos over garcia any day but latos is too much of an injury risk once he comes off the dl.
