We're changing our league this year from a daily roster league to a weekly roster league on Yahoo!. Is there a way to also change how often managers can pick up free agents/make waiver claims to weekly as well? If so, how?

You can change how long players stay on waivers, but I don't think that is what you want. I *think* what you're suggesting is something that has previously been discussed in the Yahoo thread in the Leftovers board: you basically want everyone always on waivers, with waivers clearing on specific days of the week. Is that right? If so, we don't currently support that, but understand the use case and it is on The List of things we could potentially do in the future.

Yes, I would love to see this. I moved one of our basic leagues from CBS to Yahoo this year to save the $150 - and this i one of the features we need. This year I, as the commish, will be making the weekly moves based on the current standings.

If you could suggest this for next year that would be great.

Also, some of my leagues stay at CBS only because they handle salary caps throughout the year (not just at auction time). If this would be a possible change Yahoo would get a lot more leagues.
