Currently in a 12 team keeper league (5X5 traditional Roto), where the previous top 6 closers (Rivera, Soria, Wilson, Bell, Marmol & Papelbon) are all being kept. As much as it kills me to use a post-keeper "first round pick" on a closer, doesn't it make sense to claim a top notch guy like Feliz? The next best closers that will become available would be F-Rod and Bailey.
Other likely available players will be: Werth, J. Johnson, Jimenez, Rollins, Ethier, McCann, Weeks
My other keepers are: Pujols Cruz Kinsler Posey Halladay
The latest MDP had Feliz listed at #90, but now that there is no questions about his role as closer, I would think he be lumped in right along with Bell (#78) & Soria (#79)- maybe even ahead of those two. What do you think?
Keep in mind that with 6 closers already off the board, there will probably be an early run on what else is available. Passing on Feliz doesn't guarantee me that even mid-level guys like F-Rod, Bailey and Valverde will be there when I grab my 2nd round pick. By passing on a sure thing like Feliz, I may very well be picking up scraps in terms of closers the rest of the way through the draft. I think you have to think a little outside the standard ranking system when a draft is dictating needs sometimes- this situation is dictating the value of closers has increased in this particular league.

I would take JJ. I dont get too worried if I don't have a top clsoer. You will be able to get guys like Hanrahan, Lyon, Storen much later in the draft and they get save too.
