this is a Dynasty league that i just took over and im trying to rebuild. These are the two offers ive narrowed it down to:
1) Rollins, Trout, Britton, and first round rookie pick next year
2) Garza, Machado, and Aaron Hicks
Scutaro is my current shortstop

I am confused, this is a 3 or 4 for 1 trade? With you giving up Weaver and getting all of choice A or B in return? I would take choice A definitely in a dynasty league. Right away. If you are giving up more than just Weaver, its a different story. Who are you dropping?
