Our rules for our dynasty fantasy league

I was wondering if you guys could take a look at our rules and tell me if there are any loopholes our rules.

Any constructive critism would be greatly appreciated. We have spent a lot of time hammering out these rules and are carious how the rules will play out so I would like any input.

I know our rules are a little extensive, but I would like some comments specifically on how our contracts work.

Do you guys think there is enough incentives to sign players to all of the contracts? are some more powerful than others?

Are there any other interesting rules I could add to better simulate being a GM?
