Looking for a maker for logo/sig

Hey all. I am a LM for "Slumber Lumber Owners Guild", an ESPN fantasy baseball league. Was wondering if anybody out there could make something that has the League name on it, so that I could put it on our home page. I dont really know the difference between a sig, logo, or wallpaper. Just looking for the name, with somebody's twist. Sorry, wish I could be more helpful, but really not too picky. Thanks
