That is a really nice looking team for a 12 team league. Your offense is full of young guys who are projected to make jumps this year and if they do, you are going to be set, just have to hope all those young guys keep progressing. I would say you seem well balanced and poised to make a good run now as well as the future.

Funny, I'm in a standard 5x5 league now and we've talked about adding OBP and holds. Seems like I'm the only one who would be in favor of holds though. Not that I know anything about the stat but I like the idea of making other relievers more valuable.

Regarding your team, I think you have a very nice balanced roster. I see a question mark at catcher, but that's such a hard position to nail down, and you should be okay as long as one of those guys is passable this year.

Solid team overall. Stubbs is going to be a stud this year. Good mix of closers and set-up men to pick up the RP categories (love Bard for this, and Venters is going to grab you a few of both by season's end). Like midwest said, you have a lot of young guys which should be great this year, and I'm assuming you got them for pretty cheap compared to the more established players. Great job!
