Two Leagues, Two Trades, Two Owners. Rate 'em

Postby RDD15 » Tue Mar 22, 2011 8:08 pm

I am in two leagues with a guy, and we made a trade yesterday, and one today. One in each league. Which sides get the better of these deals, and by how much?

Deal #1 is a 12 team H2H points league with pretty standard scoring. Keepers with auction values +$5 being the salaries for the following year. Minors guys that get called up in a season get kept for $2. Separate minors roster. Player must be called up when he gets to 100 career games (position players). The league uses fairly vanilla rosters, and starts 2 catchers.

Team A gets: Miguel Cabrera ($41 next year) and Wilson Ramos (still minors eligible)
Team B gets: Jaime Garcia ($6), Yadier Molina ($6) and Justin Morneau ($25)

Deal #1 is in another 12 team H2H points. 13 keepers per team, no penalty for keepers. Vanilla rosters and scoring, only 1 catcher this time.

Team A gets: Mark Teixeira and Matt Wieters
Team B gets: Joe Mauer and Colby Rasmus

Who wins the deals?

Team A wins both trades, by quite a bit. I hope that's you.
