Scherzer or Billingsley?

Who would you rather have in a H2H league with the following pitching cats: IP, CG, W, L, ER, ERA, K, SV, WHIP

Max Scherzer
or
Chad Billingsley

I would probably say Scherzer. Billingsley has kind of been trending in the wrong direction the past years. Scherzer made huge strides after his trip down to the minors. I think the ceiling is much higher with Scherzer.

I like both of these guys going into this year but I think I would take Billingsley. His BB got better last year and so did his HR/9 plus a couple other things. Then add in the fact that he pitches in the NL west which is very nice for any SP. But really I do like both of them.

Bills is the better bet for IP, W, CG, ERA and ER.
I'd say they're both a toss up for K, L, WHIP.

I'd go with Bills but I like Scherzer a lot so if you can get them both you'd be doing well.
