Anyone high on Jesse Litsch?

He's a 5th starter for Toronto, but his 2008 stats were decent (ERA and WHIP), he's a couple of years removed from TJ, and his spring stats are excellent even showing some strikeout ability.

I am considering picking him up and dropping someone like Masterson for him (limited SP slots). Not that Masterson's anything great, but he has a more guaranteed slot and less risk. I guess my question is two parts:

- Litsch or Masterson
- Is anyone else high on Litsch or am I on medication?

Standard caveats about pitching in the AL East apply, but there are some things to like about him. Unless it's a really deep league I'm holding off for now, but if he puts together a couple good starts I'll get interested pretty fast.
