Cain Haren trade

Would you do this trade? I get Haren and Anibal Sanchez and give Cain (drop Berkman from bench).

I like Haren to have a bounceback. His BABIP was pretty high and he got smacked for the longball far greater than his career rates. He suffered from bad luck as his xFIP was .30 ER lower than his actual ERA. Cain is a guy who eats up a lot of innings and pretty consistently has outproduced his xFIP. He's pitched 1000 innings in 5 seasons though, and was dealing with elbow inflammation earlier. Likely nothing, but kind of scary. I like Haren better this year so I'd say go for it.

I prefer Cain personally and don't think Sanchez makes up the difference. If you do make the deal though try and sell high on Haren before his usual 2nd half implosion.
