Tough. The ability to keep an extra year might break this deal for me, even though I love Crawford this year and CarGo got kind of lucky last year and should see some small regression. I'd lean towards yes, as Ubaldo is expendable to you. I love Adrian Gonzalez this year, and if Car-Go matches last year its a big time win for you.
I think its an even trade this year and an advantage for you next year, so I'd go with this trade.
I would do it. The extra year puts the trade in your favor. Even with the loss of Jimenez you still have a stellar staff. Is there the possibility that he could include a better SP than Wandy?

Should I ask for Dempster instead of Wandy?
Both are decent options. I'd probably go with Wandy as I feel he has more upside. Demp is probably a bit safer though. Wandy also finished last season really strong.
I'd do it! You may have a very slight minus with CarGo instead of Crawford, but you get the advantage back with Agon over Dunn, and you gain the year. Done deal for me.
Yes. Its a no brainer. Here's why: Even tho Dunn's batting average was decent last year, he has a habit of batting in the 240s or so. A Gonzalez is a significant upgrade. The same for Crawford vs C Gonzalez. Yes its less stolen bases, but the R/HR/RBIs more than make up for it. Crawford strikes out twice as much as Pierre, even tho he has 200ish less at bats (go check. its exactly 2x the Ks). That's because Craw is a HR-wanna-be and Ks 2x the time for those 10-12 extra HRs.
Wandy vs Ubaldo- Ubaldo is much better than Wandy, and Wandy is hurt, but unless he's out for a long time, its worth it to get rid of a Dunns volatile batting average that can single-handedly ruin a team BA, and getting C Gone.
Bonus: You get extra years.
You have McCutchen so getting another 5-tool would round out your team. You may not win the SB category every time, but youll make up for it in other areas.
