He needs pitching and I need to upgrade my shortstop over Stephen Drew. Does this seem fair?

Pull the trigger as fast as you can! You're destroying him in that deal if you're getting Tulo for that cheap!

I love me some Tulo. He all but singlehandedly secured my threepeat last year. I like Upton more than Stubbs too.

Assuming your pitching staff can handle losing Johnson (I assume so; pitching is DEEP), pull the trigger before the offer's off the table.

Tulo is the clear cut best player in this deal, and Upton isn't bad either. I'd make this deal in a second.
