Return to Draft, Trade, Keeper and Waivers Questions

I am in a 10 team mixed league 5x5 non keeper
I was offered his 1st, 9th and 14th round picks (#7, #87 & #134 overall)
I would give him my 6th, 7th and 8th round picks (#56, #65 & #76 overall)
is this something i should or shouldnt do??
