Well your team is looks ok ..except for Aaron Boone is out for the year and I would use Kent and Texeria to go and geta solid ace pitcenr to along with your staff ..I don't buy Harden yet...

Maybe drop one of your backup IF for Jackson? I think he could have a nice year if LA scores some runs for him. You shouldn't need all of the backup IF so maybe trade some for a better SP? The rest looks pretty solid to me.

Lecroy would be a solid pickup, he will dh alot yet catch enough to qualify. Boone won't play, dump him and trade some of your infield depth( Kent / Giles and texiera) for a solid P to shore up your staff.
All in all a decent team with good depth.
