Maybe need to be stronger at 1B then move Youk to 3rd when he becomes 3B eligible. Have some players good for trade...Kinsler, Victorino, Pence. What should I do to make this team stronger?

Honestly, your team looks pretty stacked. Hope you're not just looking for an attaboy.
Youk should slide over to 3B soon enough, and when that happens you can try to trade for a stud 1B which would be the logical move here. I wouldn't hesitate to go Brian Wilson and Henter Pence for a big 1B upgrade. Good relievers are the easiest thing to find; new ones always show up every season.

Which would get me the better 1B...Wilson/Pence or Kinsler/Pence? Should I wait for Youk to become 3B eligible or start the trade process now? Also, my son has M. Cabrera & M. Teixeria. He wanted Kinsler but I outbid him. Maybe the perfect deal brewing?
I'd start the trade process now. It usually takes awhile and Youk will get 3B eligibility very quickly into the season.
I'd probably try Kinsler/Pence... that's a very nice package and two very solid players. You could shoot for one of the 2nd tier 1B with that.
As for trading with your son... without knowing details, if I were a third party in the league I'd probably object to it. As long as you're both trying to improve your team I guess it's theoretically OK, but I don't know how you can get away from the whole collusion vibe.

We're all friends or relatives & everyone knows we both want to beat each other. That being said, I would never do a trade with him that doesn't help us both. Knowing that he has both Cabrera & Texieria & wants/needs Kinsler, is a Cabrera or Tex for Kinsler & Pence a fair deal & good for both of us? His 2B is A. Hill, RF is I. Suzuki.
