OBP Leagues - Risers and Fallers?

I'm in a league that replaces AVG with OBP (and has slugging as a 6th cat). Who do you guys bump and drop as a result? Slugging and OBP definitely bumps up most of the power guys and downgrades the speed guys who normally would have helped you in average.

Off the top of my head at each

Risers
C - Carlos Santana, Geovany Soto - nice walk rates with power.
1B - Dunn (duh), Pena
3B - Mark Reynolds (not that his OBP is great but its much better than his average)
OF- Shin Soo-Choo

Guys who are worth less in OBP
Ichiro, most of the "steals" guys

im planning on focusing heavily on power and just hoping to be competitive with SBs (its a H2H league)

I just had a draft yesterday with OBP instead of BA.

Risers:
1B: Fielder and Youk
2B: Uggla
SS: Drew
3B: Bautista
OF: Rasmus, Gardner, Heyward

Fallers:
2B: Prado and Phillips
SS: Alexi Ramirez
3B: McGehee
OF: Rios and Pence

I'm so weary of Bautista even though his peripherals point towards it being legitimate..

Uggla is great though, one of the guys I'm targeting. If I have Fielder/Uggla/Longoria I'd be damn happy

Some of the names in the 35 lowest BB rates: AJones, Alexei, Delmon, Reyes, Vlad, CLee, Starlin, Prado, Pierre, Ichiro, Rios, Lind, Cargo, Beltre and Pence. Some of these guys still have decent OBP's but they had great BA's so they have a lower value. I only looked at 2010 so it's possible that a guy like Lind could rebound to a higher walk rate.

Some of the names (other than the obvious 1st rd'ers) in the top 35: Barton, Pena, Gardner, Bautista, Papi, McCann, Abreu, Zobrist, Choo, Werth, Huff, Ike Davis, Rasmus, KJohnson, Scott, Konerko, JUpton, Chris Young and Fowler.

In my OBP draft yesterday I targeted dunn/Uggla at the 2nd/3rd turn (obviously taking Albert first). But Dunn and Youk/Zim were taken right before me. Luckily Holliday unexplainedly fell to that spot with Uggla and I was thrilled to get them.

I think the best value is Dunn. In an OBP league he is a stud. 40 HRS and obp can be .400. He is even being drafted in the 3rd and 4th rds. Plus consistency with him is huge, he's really never been a question mark, you know what you are getting from him. Hes a safe pick and the numbers don't lie. Def a must own!!!
