First place Incentives?

I'm the commish of a competitive non-keeper NL only, free league with FAAB and besides from bragging rights, there really isn't anything that's clearly defined as an reward for 1st place. Please don't suggest that we become a money league instead, as that is not what we are really all about. So what do you guys think I should implement that would sort of be a reward for getting 1st place - maybe something involving the draft or FAAB perhaps?

You don't say if you are an internet league or have the draft face to face. I am commish of a long running face to face draft league. We have a trophy that the winner is presented with at the draft which has his name engraved on it. He keeps it until the next draft and is responsible for engraving the current winner and bringing the trophy to the draft for presentation to the new winner.
