I like Latos this year but not much wins IMO, Tommy John Hanson will get the wins so he is the safest pick and Jared Weaver is #3 out of the list but no slouch

This looks right. I like Hanson a lot and Weaver should be as solid as he was last year. Latos has some concerns over how many innings he logged last year.

Hanson is the clear top choice.

I think Latos has better stuff/potential, however in terms of the upcoming fantasy season I think Weaver is a more dependable option.
