Dump Infante for any SP available. Try and move Pagan/Torres and Beckham for a better OF or better SP. You are gonna have to patrol the waivers for RP or you are just punting SV.

Can I assume you are not in favor of having backups for middle infield?

Not really. Most backups are low producers anyway. You do have Kendrick anyway. By looking at your roster you aren't gonna win many pitching matchups so you need much more depth at the SP position. Especially since you are giving up SV's as well. Just my opinion. Unless you have elite pitchers you need depth at the SP position every week at least to play matchups and such.
Also, Jurrjens from ATL & Westbrook from STL are available.
Might be able to get D. Stubbs or C. Lewis for Beckham & Torres/Pagan. Owner really wants Beckham & has F. Hernandez, C. Hamels, M. Cain & B. Anderson already.

Anyone look good to PU for Infante?
That's the best on the waiver wire in a 12 team league? I'd drop Infante for Jurrjens for sure though. Every other team must have a bunch of SP's on their bench. I like Stubbs this year, but I think you'd be better off getting and SP. I'd shoot for a bit more than Lewis, but if you can't get anything else then I guess I'd take him. I just wouldn't feel comfortable going into the season in a H2H league with the current staff you have. Unless you leave one spot open and just stream pitchers every couple of days or so playing the matchups.

Who are some SP that you think might be better than those I listed & might still be available in a 12 team league? He also has Alex Rios that he might be willing to deal.
Norris Pineda but someone probably already grabbed him off the wire since it looks like he has a job. Niese Minor Baker Stauffer Bailey - Not a sure thing by any means...but there is upside Arroyo - not a favorite of mine Chris Young Zambrano Cueto Wood Harang - at least there is a chance at decent upside. No guarantee
