#1 Price (young, talented, nasty stuff, but plays in the AL East)
#2 Weaver (Coming off a great year, high K's)
#3 Hanson ( Headed for a breakout year, look at his 2nd half #'s last year)
#4 Gallardo ( Looking at another solid year, high K's)
#5 Carpenter (Potentially higher, but injuries are always his problem plus he's not getting any younger)
#6 Oswalt (Always solid, now in a sick rotation with a solid team around him)
#7 Hamels (Same as Oswalt, but a bit younger. Has some head-case issues though)
#8 Cain (Always been solid, gets you into the 7th with a chance to win, but has been lucky in the past)
#9 Buchholz (Love the ERA, hate the K's, plays in AL East)
#10 Haren ( Always a very good 1st half pitcher and bad in the 2nd half, now in the AL= not as good)
#11 Latos (Only one year of solid work, could be in for some injuries or a fall back year)
#12 Scherzer ( Similar to Latos, young and injury possibility, but with high potential)
It's tough to make these type of rankings, but that is how i'd have them for the time being. They're all pretty close though, I'd put #'s 1-4 pretty close, followed by the rest a little further back.
