I'm doing a 20 team league, completley random draft in Yahoo, what should I look for in terms of studs and how dilluted will the league be?

What do you mean by; 'Random draft"? Is it a random order or the computer randomly picks players? If it is the 2nd, then you can't prepare. If its the 1st then you should look around the cafe and look at the topics on pitchers and hitters.

It's an autopick and I know I can't prepare but I want to know what kind of talent I might get. Will I have one stud, two studs, or just a bunch of role players?

you do know that you can set your auto pick... you can pick the players you want, rather than Yahoo picking the top rated player. Thats how an Auto Pick works:

Player one: gets #1 player
Player 2: gets #2 player

etc....
