7th Pick

In case anyone was wondering. The first 6 picks weren't what I expected:

1) Curt Schilling
2) AROD
3) Pujols
4) Gagne
5) Helton
6) Vladdy

So I had a choice between helton or beltran. I went with the five tool player and took Beltran with the seventh pick. Helton is good, but I am just happy with Giambi in the sixth for me.

To finish out the first round:

7) Beltran (mine)
8) Helton
9) Bonds
10) Sheffield

Biggest issue I had though, was Mr. Prior dropping to me in the second round. Tough call, but I had to do it.

I think I have a strong rotation anyway:

Prior
Mussina
Santana
Buerhle
Brett Myers
Adam Eaton
Meche
Affeldt
J Thomson (could be big for the braves)

let me first apologize for double posting. today is not my day in terms of technology. first my comp dies in the middle of my live draft, and now my cell phone doesn't work. not a good day.

anyway, My bad with the post. Soriano went 6th, and helton went 8th.

I am not sure if anyone caught it, but i put helton the list twice. you see he is so good, two teams were gonna just split his stats.

ha just kidding. any thoughts on my pitching, minus prior for a month?
