Question about DL spots

Postby jonboycubs » Sat Mar 12, 2011 8:47 pm

Hey guys,

My roster goes, C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, 2B/SS, 1B/3B, INFEILD, 5 OF, 3 UT, 5BN, 3 DL, 3 Pithers, 4 SP, and 3 RP

16 team league, H2H point if that helps

I am definately going to give up the infield position. I feel it is pointless when you have 2B/SS and 1B/3B. If you feel I am wrong tell me. I want to make it a 25 man roster instead of a 26, makes sense. I am thinking of making the infield spot another DL spot. Do you think 4 DL spots is too many or 4 DL is a good amount for a 25 man roster. Thanks in advance, I will help others if I am able too, but I alway take a look.

Four is too many. You don't want owners to stash players on their DL. I like two myself. It makes the Owners think about certain moves. They can always put a DL on their Bench if they don't want to drop him.

2 is actually good, was just thinking with a deep roster with 16 teams, and not much on waivers it would be ok, but I see your point

My league runs 16 teams with 26 man rosters, and we have 2 DL slots. Thinking back, you *could* do 3, but 2 is fine and 4 definitely seems like overkill.
