Trade: Elvis Andrus for Hanley Ramirez? WHIR

I'm in a typical 12 team Yahoo redraft league with scoring of:
Batters Stat Categories: Runs (R), Home Runs (HR), Runs Batted In (RBI), Stolen Bases (SB), On-base + Slugging Percentage (OPS)
Pitchers Stat Categories: Wins (W), Saves (SV), Strikeouts (K), Earned Run Average (ERA), (Walks + Hits)/ Innings Pitched (WHIP)

Guy has requested help with starting pitching. I'm trying to find a way to get Hanley Ramirez off him but I just want to be able to make a positive trade for my team while helping him out a little bit. Of course I want to win the trade but not give him the shaft. Can you guys figure a way out to strengthen my team while providing him help?

Obviously, if I want Ramirez I'll have to trade Andrus along with some pitching so he has a SS.
I've thought about Andrus/Kershaw for Ramirez as an offer but do you think that is too one-sided?
I don't want to offend the guy but I also want to win the trade too!

If i were you and he'd want Andrus I'd take that in a second try offering Beckett or Cain instead of going with Kershaw right away. But even if it comes to that maybe try to get Snider( ) or Romero as a throw in if you give Kershaw.

I like the Cain and Andrus Idea. Give him a solid SS and top shelf pitcher in return while not totally killing you pitching staff.

I doubt the guy will take Andrus/Kershaw for Hanley, let alone Andrus/Cain or Beckett. I suppose it's worth a shot.

Thanks for the replies...I submitted the Andrus/Cain offer but haven't heard back yet.

I'll let you know how it turns out & what his counter offer is if he has one.
