I have a hard time judging draft pick trades. Saying that, it looks good to me. It will hurt, not having a 2nd or a 3rd round pick but having two 1st should more than make up for it.
"In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move."- Douglas Adams
Here is my top 10 list...hard to pass up on having 2 of those guys with my first two picks...
1 Albert Pujols, StL 1B 2 Hanley Ramirez, Fla SS 3 Carl Crawford, Bos OF 4 Evan Longoria, TB 3B 5 Ryan Braun, Mil OF 6 Robinson Cano, NYY 2B 7 Miguel Cabrera, Det 1B 8 Troy Tulowitzki, Col SS 9 Joey Votto, Cin 1B 10 Roy Halladay, Phi SP
This what I would think would be left as your 4th round pick came around...
Jayson Werth, Was OF Ichiro Suzuki, Sea OF Jason Heyward, Atl OF Tommy Hanson, Atl SP Victor Martinez, Det C Ian Kinsler, Tex 2B Alex Rios, CWS OF Justin Verlander, Det SP Hunter Pence, Hou OF Chris Carpenter, StL SP Brian McCann, Atl
Personally, I like that trade and I'd probably jump on it. Hope this helps.
I firmly subscribe to the theory that you win fantasy baseball leagues with star players. Especially in a 10-team league, you're going to be able to mix and match and fill guys in when they get hot, so the key is to get as many studs as possible. I don't think you can pass up an opportunity to get Hanley.
