Is that a fair trade to offer my friend? He needs power and I want to make my infield better. I'm comissioner and I am not looking to make any lopsided trades.

I think it's an even trade.
As for value...I'm torn, I like that you'd pick up solidity at one position but I don't like your bench players that would fill Rios' spot in regards to SB. Taking Rios away, it doesn't look as though you'd be competitive in SBs. Your HRs and RBIs would be even better though and the average would probably be the same.
If you feel as though you can pick someone off the waiver wire to get you SB, then do it.

Prado is legit and Rios has lots he can offer. Cano is a stud but that's decent value in return.
