18 team keeper auction draft! Please help on strategy!!!

So I'm in an 18 team keeper auction draft this weekend. Last year was the first season. I took second, but only because I made a couple of nice trades to help. My draft wasn't all that great. I went with mainly midlevel guys in the 15-20 dollar range. Didn't get any big value names. I'm wondering what my strategy should be with such a big league? Do I get 1 or 2 big names?

Stats:R,HR,RBI,SB,OBP,SLG
W,S,K,ERA,WHIP

We keep 4 players and most people are starting at 260 cap. I'm starting at 250 since I traded 10 bux away last year. My Keepers:
Jered Weaver: 20
Carlos Marmol: 12
Vladimir Guerrero: 9
Jason Heyward: 18

So I'm no down to 191.
What should be my draft strategy for this? All help is welcome!
