I'd go with Kershaw and lock down pitching. From there you can take some gambles with high upside OFs. Upton may or may not bounce back this year and even if he does, you only get 3 years of him. Kershaw is gonna be dominant for the next 3 years barring injury.

I should have mentioned that I have Mike Stanton on my team as well. I can keep him for 4 years because I drafted him before he was in the majors. I'm so tempted to take Upton and secure my OF for the foreseeable future. This is my last year to keep Braun but even by the end of this season Braun/Upton/Stanton could be killer.
