No Min IP for Yahoo ROTO leagues???

As my Yahoo Roto league gets closer to the draft, I do not see anyplace to set the minimum IP for the league. I have the Max set at 1650, but see no options to place a minimum IP.

In my H2H league I can find the option, but not the Roto league.

Any ideas or suggestions?
