You should post your league settings. I'm going to assume this is for a standard 5x5 roto league.
I put Frank Francisco at the top of the list since he appears to be the closer for TOR this year. Manny would have been my next pick but since you are very deep at OF you can skip him. I'd take a shot on Peavy and Webb and then maybe see how Posada starts the year.
1. Francisco 2. Peavy 3. Webb 4. Posada 5. Rodney
Since a bunch of your OF's have big splits between LHP and RHP I could see maybe adding another OF at this point to platoon. I would have probably said to grab another 3b but you didn't list any that I noticed.

Duh....yeah, added my settings...good call
I was going to roll with Aramis and hope Moustakas gets called up soon (and does well). 3B available are S Rolen, J Lopez, C Jones, D Freese, E Encarnacion, C Headley, D Valencia, B Morel
I would put Francisco at the top of the list as he holds most value. In a dynasty, I might then go with Ka'ahue, or take a gamble with Peavy. Is Jordan Walden available?
I think Peavy bounces back with a pretty solid year, which is why I have him on top. Meeks seems like the closer of the future in Pittsburgh, so should be a good value pick with some upside, as well as handcuffing Hanrahan. Francisco and Escobar both don't have a lot of upside which is why I have them in the bottom here, but Francisco should be closing and Escobar gives you a bit of a hedge in case Reyes pulls a hammy.
1. Francisco - he's the closer. Everyone likes closers. 2. Peavy - your staff is deep and you can afford to take a flier on a guy who could provide SP1-2 numbers. 3. K Kaahuie - good pick in a dynasty.
I would target a guy like Freese at 3B in a bit to back up ARam should he get hurt. Same goes for Reyes at SS, you'll need some insurance there too.
