I am on deck for my second round pick. I am thinking Farnsworth could be a respectable choice as a sleeper closer. Could also go with Barmes, Gomez, Mazzaro or Reimold.

Farnie may be in a CBC, which could limit his value. I think that among Farnie, Gomez, Mazzaro and OCab/Barmes, Mazzaro has by far the most upside while OCab/Barmes would be the position of greater need.

I'd like to help but I've never been in a dynasty league before and don't have too much knowledge of MiLB players. Farnsworth should get some chances at some saves this year based on matchups alone and should be a decent source of holds as well. As an O's fan I like what Reimold is capable of and he could be very valuable with this pick. I'd look at his numbers in the majors 2 years ago more than last year since his achilles was hurt before the season started last year and he never quite got healed. If the O's decide to deal D. Lee or Vlad at the deadline this year Reimold would certainly get some PT to show what he can do.
I am not interested in a 31 year old IF who hits .250 so Barmes is out. Mazzaro has nice talent but there's no spot for him in the rotation this season.
Farnsworth will at least get to play, you know this, and he will get either SVs or HLDs, giving you added help in both cats.
I assume that the other top HLDs guys are gone already?
