New 10-team roto league. What should the rosters look like?

Postby dmpizzle » Tue Mar 08, 2011 4:22 pm

Since some of the guys are new, I really don't want to overwhelm anyone with huge rosters. Thus, I've currently settled on the following:

C
1B
2B
SS
3B
MI
CI
OFx5
U
Px7
BEx5
DLx2

Thoughts? Anything really screwed up here I should consider changing? This gives a draft of 25 rounds, with a max roster size of 27 if you fill the 2 DL slots.

Since a lot of the players are new, I think you are starting out about right. Roto is a good format, but for excitement, I like H2H Each Category. You have a winner each week. Each day carries more importance than just one year long Roto league. If you have never played it, give it a try.

try adding a second catcher? not overly complicated but will also challenge your owners.
