Does anyone know of a fantasy baseball site that will allow for a head to head league with two divisions/conferences, one being AL only and the other being NL only. And playoffs similar to real world (AL winner meets NL winner in world series).

None exactly like that but I am doing one on ESPN this year. There are 20 teams, ten are drafting AL players only and ten are drafting NL players only. There are a few special rules I had to put in, like if during the draft someone drafts from the wrong league. It is nothing that complicated.

To me, what the previous poster stated makes perfect sense. Would not need anything special. I have used CBS, ESPN, and Yahoo and none of them enable you to insert rules that would only effect one "conference." Not sure that another option exists to form a league and if there was I probably would not use it because of the lack of creditability. As commish and moderator of the draft you can pause the draft and remove a player then reset the draft back to the person who just picked up someone incorrectly to ensure that everything flow smooth.
