How many roster position for 14 team league?

I want to expand my 12 team to a 14 team league, how many roster positions would be good for this setup? This is my current 12 team setup:

C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, OF, OF, OF, Util, Util, SP, SP, RP, RP, P, P, P, P, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, DL

Should I cut this number down? How many positions do you think would be good for a 14 team league?

It all depends. How deep do you want your league? You've got 23 spots per team, so you're drafting 322 players. Based on Rookies and Cream's excellent MDP list, you're looking at the following guys at the end of your draft (rank 300-330):

That sounds about right to me, but you'll have your own ideas about how deep you want your managers to reach.

Your league also skews a bit "general", in that you've got 2 Utils, 4 P slots, and a 5-man bench. Any of the following will tighten up your player pool:
- Convert a Util spot to another OF
- Convert some bench slots to MI/CI
- Assign more specific SP/RP slots

Again, you'll have to decide how much you want to restrict your choices.
