$4 salary increase to carry over/freeze players. 5 man minor leagues. 50 > career IP 150 > AB's to qualify to be carried over to following season, and not count towards salary cap.
$50 entry, .25 adds. Season end pot typically around $2000, winner takes home $1,000+
