I'm in a 12 team head to head yahoo league with default scoring. After making some trades and waiver wire moves to fill in some holes that the auto pick draft left me with, here's my team right now:

This team seems competitive, but I would worry about the power from your OF. This shouldn't be too hard to fix since the OFers on the waiver should be decent in a shallow league. I'd actually drop both of your postion players and pick-up sleepers or some power bats. Matsui is definitely not ownable in a 12 teamer.

You have a great top 4 SPs with some nice sleeper picks. Your pitching doesn't need to change at all really.
