Who's the better $1 pick?

Postby Rotowahoo » Sat Mar 05, 2011 11:21 pm

I always have a tough time deciding between a few late round flyers (keeper league). Who would you target from this list and why? Thanks!

Matt LaPorta
Travis Snider
Peter Bourjos
Dexter Fowler

Morrison... Fowler...
The Blue Jay appeal of my home country shows its colours... I'd take him third.

Snider gets my vote out of that group. He has the best potential to break out big time, IMO

I like Snider out of that group, though I have to put in a plug for Fowler as well if you can't get Snider. I see Dex having a breakout season batting leadoff for my Rockies.

I will take Snider by quite a lot over the rest of that group.

The fact the first three players you listed are on my watch list is indicative of their potential. I think I'd value LaPorta a smidgen higher than Snider and then Bourjos. I have about zero interest in Fowler and I'm not too keen on Morrison either.

Snider and Laporta are neck and neck for me.
