Um, interesting team you have here. No real way to dance around it, but you're pitching can't be any worse for a 12 team. Let's look at the good part first.
Offense: Very solid overall but there are some injury concerns with Rollins, Cruz, and Sizemore. Your power is good but you have very little speed outside of Davis and Rollins. A team like this would need to finish high in all the offensive categories.
Pitching: Ouch. John Danks is a servicable 3 - 4th starter. Edwin Jackson and Matusz are solid sleepers. Other than that, you do not have a #1, 2 or 3 fantasy starter.
I would try to trade Cano for either an ace pitcher or two #2 - #3 SP types. Slide Hill into that spot and pick-up somebody off waivers. If you could send an OF away and pick someone decent off waivers i would do that too. You don't want to start the year with this SP core, you'll fall too far behind in pitching and never catch up.
