WTF?!

I used to be able to invite managers from my league, removing those I didn't want, not to mention inviting managers from other leagues I'm in. That looks like it's gone, and I even have to enter the email addresses of managers from last year as that's not already filled in. I see no option to get managers from my other leagues.

I notice if I try to remove a team if I don't want to invite them, it says their historic record in my league will be removed. I don't want that!

Am I missing something here or did they seriously screw up this feature, which used to work just fine the way it was?
